I am planning to create a dance program for children ages 5-12 years old in order to acquire better leadership and administrative skills. This will help me gain more confidence and experience in leadership situations and make me a more marketable employee. The Leadership track would be the best choice to support my project for the following reasons I will be focusing on honing my leadership skills and different ways of being an effective leader.
